Economist and Master of Economics of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana; she also holds a Master's degree in Empirical Applications and Economic Policies, and a PhD in Economics from the Universidad del País Vasco. She has served as the Director of the Economics Department at Universidad Javeriana, and Director of Promotion of Higher Education at the Ministry of Education. Her areas of research are Economics of Education, Labor Economics, and Gender Studies. She is currently an associate professor in the Department of Economics and Director of Graduate Studies in Economics.

Economist and Master of Economics of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Master of Public Administration of New York University, and PhD in Public Policy Analysis from Maastricht University UNU-MERIT in the Netherlands. Her areas of interest are Economics of education, Public Policy Analysis and Impact Assessment. She is currently an assistant professor of the Department of Economics of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá.

He has experience in entrepreneurship and management of consulting and research in the areas of science, technology, innovation and education, as well as in the creation and calculation of baselines of national indicators and indices and in the design and evaluation of public policy on transformative innovation. At LEE, he is responsible for managing research projects and obtaining grants (funds).
